looks like pptx (ppt 2007) doesn't accept mp3 or wma audio format, but the
file size of wav is soooo big that I just can't use it. One piece music i
planed to embed into my pptx, mp3 is 10 mb, wma is 1.8 mb, and 40 mb for wav.
I tried to use wma so i can send via email, however it won't take. what can i
do?

You can buy a third party program.

You can reduce the bit size and sample rate of the .wav

You can use Hyperlink to link to the file and let a codec outside of PPT
play the file

I use CDEX (free) to transform the wave or MP3 into RIFF wave ( tt have the
wright of an MP3 but looks like a wave)
