everything has been ok for ages, and then today i can receive but not send
emails here is the message... can you help please

Peter...I assume AVG does it automatically...there hasnt been a problem in ages ?

It can come up at any time.

What you will need to do is to uninstall AVG and then re-install it without the
email integration (scanning) option. Post back with result and let us know
