Emails were inadvertently transferred

All of my emails were transferred to Windows mail out of my sbcglobal mail
account. Does anyone know how I can trasfer them back?

First check your Time\Zone settings. You just posted from the past

Sorry, there is no easy way to transfer downloaded POP mail
back to the webmail server. You would have to individually
'forward' them.

Incidentally, your PC's time zone is correct (Pacific), but your
clock is fast.
