emails print to a different printer other than default

I have a user that has moved locations recently. When she
prints emails (new ones - no chance of an old email with
old printer attached somehow) some of them print to her
old printer which is no longer installed.

We're using Outlook 2000 w/Exchange Server.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer on this
strange occurrence.

If you find out a solution, please let me know. I have several users with
the exact same problem.

I found a solution today. Delete the user's Outlook
profile by:

Make sure Outlook is closed.
Right-click the Outlook icon
Choose Properties
Show Profiles
Delete the user's profile

Voila!

If you don't want to create a new profile, open up
Internet Explorer, click on File, Print. Most likely you
will see the correct printer set as default, however, the
old printer is highlighted, highlight the new printer that
the person is printing to and print a page from IE. Now,
the emails should print correctly. If emails come through
in an HTML format, it reads the print definition from IE.
