Emails from USA

I can't receive emails from some people in the USA. They receive mine. My
Vista mail and hotmail accounts are set to low. I have put them on my safe
list - but still the same problem. I use Norton 2007 - i tried asking them
and they said to disable my spyware to see if that helped. It didn't. Also
using Windows Defender. Any ideas please?

Do the correspondents who are unsuccessful at sending to you
receive a 'bounce' or non-delivery notice?

If not, try it with Norton uninstalled.

Hi, there is no bounce or non-delivery notice apparently.

In that case the only suggestion I have it to try it with Norton uninstalled.
