Emails download in all pc's in my office?

Hallo.

I am new on that , now when I download emails to one pc in my office the
other pc cant see it , is any way that emails can shared the emails ? To
download them in all pc's?
Except the solution of bucking up the files and paste in all pc's he ?

PS. I am using office 2007 pro
