i can recieve and send email ,but i can not send a page
or a link.

A page should be able to be sent as an attachment if that
is an option.

To send a link your e-mail format should be HTML or RTF

Marsden;
Links In Outlook Express mail and news don't work.
If you click on links in OE mail and news and they do not work, it's because
Outlook Express is not your default mail and news program and IE is not your
default browser. Do this:
1--In Outlook Express, go to Tools | Options and make sure that
"Make Outlook Express my default mail program" and
"Make Outlook Express my default news reader are checked.
2--In IE, go to View | Internet Options | Programs
and select OE for mail and news.
Also, be sure "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default
browser" is checked.
NOTE: Prodigy members install the PIv5 patch found at

Set Outlook Express as default mail client - Start/Run and type:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE" /REG.
Or use this edit:

Get HTTP Hyperlinks in OE to Open IE - Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder
Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit. Under Application used
to perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
