links in email go nowhere

someone answered my post, i recieved an email, but the "links" to view and
rate the answers lead to nowhere.

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Outlook Express and in Microsoft Word, hyperlinks appear in
underlined blue text, but when you click a hyperlink, nothing may occur.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:1. Click Start, click Run, type
the following command in the Run dialog box, and then click OK:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

2. Repeat step 1 for each of the following commands:

regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
