I can receiving emails on my primary email address but not on my secondary
addresses ( all are @tiscali.co.uk). I know I should have received mail
secondary addresses and everything was fine until about a month ago. As a
test I can send mail from secondary addresses to primary address. I have
checked account properties which seem ok. No error messages only 'No New
Messages'. Can anyone help please.

Make sure that the box at the bottom is checked to include the account under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties. You can also try removing the account, closing and reopening Winmail and then adding it back again to see if that has any affect.

Thanks for the reply

Box was checked to include on all secondary addresses.

Have removed all secondary accounts and reinstated them after closing
Winmail and rebooting PC and ensured that box checked to include account. Had
no effect.

Can you log on via Webmail and check each account that way to ensure the messages are actually going to the second account? It could be something on the server.

Problem sorted. Probably something I did, but honestly don't remember doing
it, had the wrong username on the incoming server. Thanks for your help.
