[Outlook email]

I have a new laptop and have set up my email account that I already have on
my desktop. I want to be able to send, receive and view my emails on outlook
on my laptop while others are using my desktop. When I hit send/receive on
the laptop I get a pop/up box asking for my username and password. These have
already been given and told to remember the password.
Besides this occurrence each time it does not receive emails.

I suspect the account details are incorrect. Did you click the "test account
settings" button when you set up this account in Outlook?
