I recently bought a new computer that is using Vista. My laptop uses Windows
Xp and I have my email on this computer. When I open an email account on my
new computer which uses Windows Mail I would like to be able to see all my
old emails also--any way to do this? Also can I still access my email on my
laptop and see all the emails or will I only be able to see recent emails on
the computer that I open the email with?

A POP account cannot be synchronized between multiple computers.
Only IMAP and HTTP accounts can do that.
The best you can do with POP is to ensure that both computers receive
a copy of all incoming emails:

Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Advanced,
enable "Leave a copy of messages on server." Depending on how
much server space your ISP allows, you may want to select one or
both of the two associated 'remove' options.

Repeat the above on the second computer.
