I am trying to send an email from microsoft word, but it is telling me to set
up an email account. I have done that but it is still saying that it is
invalid. I have my internet through my cable. Do I need to call them to find
out how to get this done?

Dear Antoinette,

Can you explain what you have done to accomplish setting up your email
account? Cause if you can't send a copy of a Word document via email, then
your account isn't setup properly. Can you answer my question. Maybe we can
work it out getting you up and running.

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Mail has all of its defaults (or whatever other mail
program you wish to use).
