IT'S ON THE ADVANCED TAB OF THE PROPERTIES SHEET FOR THE E-MAIL ACCOUNT.
 
HOW DO I LEAVE A COPY OF ALL MESSAGES ON THE SERVER,WHERE IS THE BOX TO CHECK
 
It appears that you guys are having problems with a stuck Caps Lock key...
