Last year it was possible to send email to symantec support, the folks who
sell Norton. To-day it seems to be impossible. Any ideas?

It depends which of their software you have. They have discontinued support
for any 2003 or prior version of any of their software. Currently only the
2004 and 2005 versions are supported and there is no guarantee you will get
a response via email reply.

Of course you can pay to get phone support.
