way to contact Norton

Does anyone have an email address or phone number for contacting Symantec to
solve a Norton problem? That company makes it impossible to contact them.

That link is specifically for Norton Antivirus 2009. You get a specific link by
clicking through a whole bunch of troubleshooting screens and then selecting
the option at the bottom saying their suggested solution didn't work. ;-)

The most effective solution is to abandon the software. Symantec will
eventually get the message when they stop making money on their investment.
They seem uninterested in listening any other way.
