ok, this just started about 2 days ago. i had no problem
with this email when i first recieved it. I can only get
incoming mail but my outgoing mail always comes up with an
error. I tried everything from deleting the account from
outlook 2003 and putting it back on to even changing the
settings. nothing is working
THis is the error:
Send test email: The specifited server was found, but
there was no response from the server. Please verify that
the port and SSL information is correct.
Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): Outlook could not
connect to the outgoing mail server (SMTP). The problem
could be the server name and port, or your server may not
support SSL.
I am using a POP3 account and the default settings are
incoming 110 and outgoing 25, still nothing
please help

Your SMTP server might require authentication. Check with your provider
regarding the settings required.

i asked ther person who made this email for me and they
said that the server doesn't require authentication.
This is just weird caue it was working for about a month
and then suddenly the problem started.

SSL is required or not?
Check in the Advanced tab of the account properties. If any SSL options are
checked then uncheck them.
