Email Signatures

When I edit my email signature in Word I can insert tabs
to format each line as I would like. However, as soon as I
return to Outlook the tabs are removed from the signature
and the text is no longer aligned correctly. Any ideas?

Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Compose in this message format > Rich Text

That should then hopefully keep the alignment as per design.
