Email Rules

I've just begun using outlook 2003 after using outlook express and palm
desktop seperatly. The mail rules that have been working within express and
that were imported seem to no longer work. After recreating new rules that
should do the same as they did in express I need some assistance. When I
create a rule that identifies
[spam] when received from an account and have it sent to a specific spam
folder outlook creates a duplicate email leaving one in the original account
and placing one in the spam folder. How do I get the message to just move?
Thanks

Make sure your rule includes the "stop processing more rules" action.
