Email rules to organize mails

Outlook2003. Can we start 2 instances of Outlook on the same computer, both
pointing to the same Exchange 2003svr ?

My reason for doing that, is because :

I have rights for 2 mailbox, A, B:
A is main (eg, the user own email),
B is secondary (eg, a common department email).

When I send mail from the B mailbox, the mails goes to the A's Send folder,
not B's Send folder. I have look a the Rules for work around, but found
nothing suitable. I dun want to use flags or category to mark these mails.
The volume of emails is simply to high to do that.

any comments welcome.

I'm not sure if you can run 2 instances of Outlook at the same time. You can
if you run each one under a different windows user account but that means
bouncing back and forth between user accounts and that's just annoying.

My suggestion would be to use a unique signature for each mailbox and then
to setup a rule in your sent box to look for that unique signature and move
it to the correct sent box accordingly. For example, I send mail as both a
Warehouse Manager and IT manager and so I have a rule setup to look for the
word "warehouse" and move it to a sepparate "sent box". If you do not use
different signatures try adding "QQ" to the bottom of the emails you send
from one account or the other and then make a rule to look for that.
