email reply issues

I can not reply to emails, I can read them delete etc but when I try to reply
there is just a red X in the reply field, im using Vista trying to access
outlook web access IZ can not send from a new email either, Anyone can help,
please let me know Thanks

product that's part of Office Professional.

You'll need to repost your question to a more appropriate newsgroup: one
that deals with e-mail.

Well ok, but I dont have email problems EXCEPT WHEN IM USING WEB ACCESS so
thought this was the place,

Web access is not the same as Microsoft Access, the focus of this newsgroup.

It's a common error, though.
