email problems

My outlook shows emails in my sent box,but the intended
recipients never receive the emails. This appears to be a
random event because some emails go through and some
don't. HELP

They are probably delayed because of the massive virusinfections going
around.
If messages to yourself (and a Hotmail account) arrive it's not very likely
Outlook is the problem.
