email outlook problem

i get an error message whenever i try to set up my email in outlook. Outlook
was unable to find server is the message that appears even though the email
addy and password are correct.I have even set up further hotmail accounts in
an attempt to overcome this problem but still having the same problem.
 
Make sure you are setting up POP mail servers. Outlook cannot handle free
HTTP mail. You must have a POP mail acct or a paid premium Hotmail (and
others) to use OL.
