email on server

Can someone tell me how to keep Windows Mail from deleting emails
from the server once the email is sent to my computer? I want to be
able to check all my server's webmail when I travel.

Go to Tools | Accounts | Your Account | Properties | Advanced. At the bottom
of that window you will see where you can check to leave the mail on the
server and/or delete it after a certain amount of time.

Does anyone know outlook or window mail can handle the mass mailing? like "
hello <first name>" that we call first name from the contact address book.

Windows Mail can't do this. You can search the documentation on Outlook for
its capabilities in this regard.
