email not sent

Two messages with the wrong address could not be sent. They were deleted from
the out tray but everytime I send or receive I get the message up that two
mails could not be sent. Everytime I close Mail comes the message that there
are two un-sent mails in the out tray.As this is now gone past the mere
irritating stage and approaching bloody annoying stage I would appreciate
anyones help to remove the problem

Go to the Outbox and View | Current View | Show all messages and see if they
are still there. If so, then delete them. Otherwise, use WMUTil to wipe
them out (www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/)

Thanks for the help Steve. After I had written the question in I was still
mad about the problem so I went back to the out tray. Up on the right side of
the "tools line" (direct translation from the danish word!) it says " hide
messages that are ignored or read". Curious, I clicked on the arrow and it
scrolled down to reveal "show all messages" as a possibility. I chose this
option and immediately the two offending messages appeared in the out tray.
They were of course promptly deleted and the problem was solved.
