Messages Not Being Saved to Sent Folder for Some Accounts

I have three different accounts on my Windows Mail.

Recently messages sent through two of these accounts are not being saved in
my Sent folder. The messages themselves are being sent and received.

There is no problem with the third account.

On the Tools> Options> Sent tab. the "Save to Sent Folder" is checked.

Why does this happen to two of three accounts?

Hi Bob,

I have Norton Internet Security 2007.

The e-mail scanning was enabled, but I turned it off. Unfortunately, this
has not helped.

Bob,

I can't explain it, but after disabling the e-mail scan there was no
difference. A little while later I tried it again and the problem seemed to
be corrected.

Some antivirus programs, particularly Norton and McAfee, can
cause bizarre problems in Windows Mail.
Although this one problem seems alleviated for now, you are
likely to see other problems crop up in the future.
