Lost test messages!!

Hello to all from a new member.

Emails I send from my primary account to test my two other accounts do not
appear in my in Windows Mail inbox, although they do appear in the sent items
folder. And messages sent from them to my primary account do arrive in the
inbox. I would be very pleased if someone could let me know how I go about
changing things so messages sent to these two do show.
Thanks in advance for any help proffered.

I take it there is no error message or bounce notice?
Can you go to the webmail interface for those two other accounts
and verify whether the test messages sent from the primary account are
sitting on the server, ready to be downloaded? Also check spam folders,
both on the server and in Windows Mail.
