email not going thru

suddenly I can't email someone at my work from my home computer. The
messages show in the sent messages folder, but they are not showing up on
their emails. When I use msn to email them, it goes thru, so the problem is
with windows mail. I have been able to do this for years, so I don't know
what has changed. Could someone help me? thx.

Are you using a different account when you email via MSN? If so, the
account that Windows Mail is using may have been redirected to the
recipients junk mail folder - ie, blacklisted. You'll need to check with
them, they may need to look in the Junk folder on their mail server.

Which account (@isp.com) are you sending from when the email doesn't arrive?
Are you able to email other recipients successfully from that same account?

If a copy of the message is found in Sent Items folder, the problem's not on
your end.
