email messages are being duplicated ad infinitum-help.

please could somebody who has encountered this please help me. Also now i am
not able to receive ANY emails on my outlook account. Thanks.
 
We'll need more information. What version of Outlook do you have? What
sort of mail account(s)? Do you get any error messages? If so, what are
they?

Also, what do you mean when you say that your messages are being
duplicated?
