Duplicate Incoming Emails

Outlook 2010
Everything was fine now I am receiving many of my emails in
duplicate. I know this was a common Outlook problem but do not recall
how to fix it. I also get my email on my iPhone and there are no
duplicates there, that indicates to me that Outlook is the problem.
Help please.

The fix is to disable your email scanning by your AV
