email lists

When I click "to" when sending a email to get to the address lists
The first list it comes to is "Global address list"

Is there a way to change the order so when I hit the "to"
the first address list that comes up is my comapny contacts
instead of Global.
I would also like to delete address lists I do not use and rearange the ones
i do use.
 
You can arrange the displayed address books quite easily but only if you
tell us your version of Outlook and mail account type.

reading.
