Email Link Problem

In many of the emails I get there are links within them
yet when I attempt to klick on them all that happens is a
blank page opens or nothing at all: the link feature
does not function.

My though is that my Outlook Express, with Windows-XP, is
not set up right: Any thought as to how I can correct
this problem?

Hi Bos,

1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [Internet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]

If this does not help, run this fix:
"IE New Window Blank & Script Error Fix"
