Problem with link from email

Trish

Hi, I use this site often and always tick the notify my email when there is a
response. However, the link from my email (which invites me to read and rate
the response) never takes me to my question. It takes me to a blank screen
and at the bottom left hand corner it says "Done". I therefore have to go
back into the discussion group site and look for it. Sometimes I have not
been able to find it at all. This is nothing new - it has happened for a
year or so, and it is the same whether I am using Windows 2000, Windows XP or
Windows Vista. I am sure there is a simple answer to this, and no doubt I
will kick myself for not having asked you sooner, but i do hope you can offer
a solution. Many thanks in advance.

Don't use the web interface. Use an NNTP newsreader. Windows XP has one
built in, Outlook Express, although there are many others available,
including many excellent free newsreaders.

For Microsoft's instructions on this, see
