Email Issues

Hi.
I have had this new computer for 2 weeks now and have not had the issues I
have had today before...
When sending an email to more than one person - the email will not leave my
outbox and continues to send that same email over and over and over again to
the recipients. I have shut down and started again - and still it happens. It
won't let me delete the email out of the outbox as it is 'in process'...
I have even done a system restore to 5 days ago - and no success.
This is making my business look unprofessional - please someone - can you
help?

If you still have Issue, please send to the relevant Newsgroup which is
Outlook/Express with what Anti-virus you have and does it have a firewall and
your Operating system version and outlook version with IE?
