I would like to set up a template for use with sending all my emails but not sure how to do this as it was all preset in the program I was using before

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Create your template (be sure to turn off using Word) and then use the
File->Save As->Outlook Template.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
