email header to distribution list

Hi all,

Is there an easy way (without buying software) to transfer a stack of email
addresses gained from an incoming message into a distribution list? I know I
can right click on each one, add them to the contact list then add them to
the distribution list but is there an easier way? If so, please provide step
by step instructions.

Try this: Open letter from where you want to get distribution list -> press
Reply to all -> copy all addresses from To -field -> go to create a new
distribution list -> press select Members -> Paste names to Members field and
save the list.
