Email Format by Contact

Hi,

I have 1 email address I need to send plain text format. Everyone else I
email is HTML format. How do I set this contact up so the email format for
that persons email address is plain text, while everyone elses email format
is HTML?

Open the contact from your contact list.
If you don't have any entry for that contact, create one.
rightclick the e-mail address of the contact and choose "send options"
there you can define what type of message you want to always use for that
specific contact
 
OK, clarity. The contact said it did come through as plain text, even though
my sent folder showed it as HTML.
