Changing All in Contact List To HTML

Win98se / Outlook 2000 SP3

I imported my contacts list from Outlook Express into Outlook, now in
Outlook everyone is by default set to receive email by "plain Text"

Is there a way of changing everyone at once to receive in HTML

My "Mail Format" is set to send all messages in HTML, but every contact is
checked to send in "Plain Text"

On a Contact form, by clicking on an e-mail address you can set which format
to use for sending. Do you mean you want to change that for every contact to
send in HTML?

If so, in principle that's possible with VBA but there's no setting for
HTML. Here's a sample that you might use:
