Email Font Too Large in Viewing Pane

Hi,

When I write an email, the font is enormous even though the default font is
Arial - 10 pt. When I send the same email, the "sent email" version comes up
in the correct font size. How do I fix the font size in the original email
as I am writing it? Changing the font size does not fix the issue - it seems
to have to do with the way the font size is being displayed.

Check Control Panel, Accessibility settings. You might have Magnifier turned

That's not how the magnifier works, Mary.

Open a new email message. Click in the body of the email as if you were going to write a message. Click on view/tools/zoom and ensure that the % is set to 100%.
