Email flag alarm

Is it possible to popup an alarm when an email that has
been flagged for follow up comes due?

Thanks.
 
Yes, rightclick the message-> Follow Up-> Add Reminder

Note that Reminders are only triggered from within the default folders
(Inbox, Outbox, Send Items, Tasks, Notes, etc..)
