Email depositing in with other emails

When I receive and send emails some go into a block (with a Plus sign) of
other emails I don't want this to happen how do i stop it so all email sent
and received and shown on there own?
Thanks any instructions to rectify this please make it easy for me.

FYI the menu path is View>current view>group messages by conversation.
