email attachments

OE blocking attachments for emails being received and not
sending attachments on emails being sent out..How do I
correct this. We have Norton Anti-virus.

In outlook express go to > tools > options > select
Security > uncheck the box that says ... "Do not allow
attachments.... "

i am having the same problem. i called com usa were i purchased the pc and they said call micro soft it was there problem. i called and they said it was com usa. if you find the answer please forward to (e-mail address removed)
