email and netscape7.1

Good day, I recently had Windows XP installed on my
work comupter. I installed Netscape 7.1. My personal
email account is with them. I use it often at work to
communicate with clients. It is on my desktop, yet I
cannot seem to open it to use it. Can you help?

Delete the shortcut and create a new one.
