problem converting messages from Netscape7.1 to Outlook 2003

I've gone through the threads about using outlook express to convert
NS and then to outlook from there. Here's my path: Copied Netscape 7.1
messages to Netscape 4.79 (OK so far). Deleted .msf files. Opened NS4.79
mail and compacted all files. I now have .snm files. Opened Outlook Express 6.
Went to Import. Seleceted all files. Get an instant message back that all
files
were converted. Status dialogue box however says 0 of 0 converted and
I don't see any new folders/files in OE6. Help!!!...

Brian, that is the link I was already using. As I stated previously,
all went well until importing to OE6. It said it converted OK, but
there are no files in OE6. Any other help would be greatly appreciated...
