Assuming you're using Outlook Express...
Bring up the message.
Where it says From, point at the person's name.
Right click, and select Copy.
Paste into Notepad or any text editor.
You should now be able to read the name AND the email address.

You're welcome. Frankly, I like The Six Million Dollar Man's suggestion
even better. You can get to the Properties sheet by highlighting the
original message in the Inbox, then holding down Alt and pressing Enter.
