Everytime I try to send a message from Outlook 2003, opening Word
automatically, the program adds a ' at the beginning and end of the address.
How do I turn this feature off? I tried to contact Microsoft but the
procedure they require you to go through keeps failing.
 
Thank you Mary, but the address is rejected. How do I remove the single quote?
