Email Address Type Ahead

Is there anyway to update the type ahead for a particular address? I
have a user that has a customer that they email all the time and she
types the first few letters and it populates it.

That user has changed thier address. Now when the users types in the
first few letters of that address, it pulls up the old one. If she
selects the correct email address from the address book, it fills in
the old address instead.

Any way to fix this?

Extra Hint: this only works if you use the arrow key to migrate to and
highlight the entry.

The easiest way is to select the bad address with the arrow keys and press
Del but if there are a number of entries to change you can use ingressor -
