email accounts in Outlook

Spamming restrictions require us to use multiple outgoing
SMTP servers when out of our office. How can we setup
multiple email accounts in Outlook but only have one
active at a time. If I have more thaqn one now I keep
getting email errors on all the ones that are in my list
but can not be used from the ISP being used outside of our
office.
 
Different ways depending on software you are using. Some easy, some not so
easy. What you using:
OL
OS
SP
etc.
