elitersv32.exe? What is this error????

Hi,
I am getting this error elitersv32.exe has encountered a problem and needs
to shut down. It gives me the option to tell or not to tell about the problem!
Can anyone help me with this problem?
I am not online more than a minute before it pops up!

Boot into safe mode and delete this file

C:\windows\system32\elitersv32.exe

Then reboot normally.

Boot into safe mode by restarting your computer and and pressing F8
