Edit and whatha__?

Too bad we can't edit our posts...I'd delete a couple of
mine.

What is the red, green and sometimes blue(?) text that
sometimes goes flying up the right side of the screen when
the program starts?

How to get to see those prompts:

1) move the taskbar to the top or bottom of the screen.
2) install the alt-tab powertoy from Microsoft for Windows XP. You can then
apparently alt-tab to the individual prompts and read and respond--I haven't
tested this myself.
