Earthlink PC fine tune

Its me one more once...I ran this Earthlink PC fine tune well it put a lot of
stuff in the recycle bin. Im not sure of what all the files are some I know
most I dont..Like CARfile HDRfile UPMfile LPKfile XMLfiledesk top
configuration settingsData Script file some shortcuts...Im not sure if I
should delete all these or not...getting computer confused in Windows La La
Land once again!! Can someone tell if I can just delete them all.. Thanks to
all who helped before....
